Your key duties will include Reception backup Answering phones and taking accurate messages Accurate, high volume data entry Minute taking Scanning and electronic filing Incoming and outgoing mail General duties as required The successful applicant will be required to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office. You will be expected to be professionally presented and keen to learn. A C class driver s licence is essential. South West Personnel supply both temporary and permanent personnel to a large variety of industries in the South West.
