About the Role - Office Administrator - Full Time - Sydney, NSW - Salary based on experience You will support our team of Allied Health Professionals based in our Sydney office. You will be part of a larger team of administrative support personnel across the business. To be successful in this role, you will have - A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player - Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written - Minimum 2 years experience in reception or office administration role - Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is desirable - Reception and customer service skills - General office management experience including maintaining tidy office space and coordinating supplies and services - Experience in or ability to learn group diary management skills - An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Proficient in all Microsoft office applications - A high level of attention to detail and initiative - High level of professionalism to work with allied health qualified staff - Ad-hoc projects and general administration support including but not limited to, meeting and greeting clients, answering and redirecting telephone calls, emailing, printing and distributing consultant reports, data entry and file creation, incoming and outgoing mail Applications close on Wednesday 24th March 2021 If you have any question or would like to know more about the role please contact Monique Griffin on 0499 027 551 or mgriffin Altius Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
