A Federal Government Agency in Geelong location looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their front of house team.


  • Being first point of contact for front counter reception to assist and provide information for all customer enquiries including receiving and recording complaints and feedback
  • Diary and email management for all internal and external appointments
  • Preparing report and correspondence for customer enquiries
  • Ensuring office facilities are neat and prepared for all internal and external meetings
  • Carry out a variety of data entry for recording of customer data
  • To be successful you must have:

  • Extensive experience across a variety of administrative duties and front of house reception work
  • Current employer Working with Children check or willingness to obtain
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work the required hours between Monday to Friday
  • Highly desirable experience in working in the Disability sector
  • A passion of working with people
