We deliver the highest standards in asset protection, from construction through to operations and into de commissioning.Through our highly skilled workforce, we deliver specialist protective coatings, industrial cleaning, insulation, asbestos management, access solutions and training.About the roleThis is a newly created role for a highly experienced Shutdown Planning Execution Manager with impeccable planning and people skills to join our North West operations team on a challenging yet rewarding Scaffolding contract. The successful candidate will be primarily based in-field across various sites in the North West of Western Australia, with the flexibility to work in the Perth office when required.Reporting to the Services Manager, the focus of this role is to ensure the shutdown planning, scheduling and execution phases align with processes and quality across all sites. You will also be responsible for but not limited to the following - Ensure planning, design standards and execution policies and procedures are conducted in accordance with Altrad and Client requirementsReview and report on productivity, hours and work pack registers across the contract and identify focused areas for improvementReview and ensure quality handovers pre and post shutdown are completed and accurate between site Planner's and Execution teamsConduct Field Leadership whilst providing advice and coaching on areas for improvementAttend and contribute to the shutdown closeout meetings with the clientTrack submitted completed work packs to the client for the close out of work ordersIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and development in collaboration with the Services Manager's structured plans of action to bring opportunities to fruitionAs a Leader in the business you will also be responsible for undertaking your role in a way that reflects the Company's values and specifically exhibits the values of Courage, Conviviality, Solidarity, Humility and Respect.About youMinimum of 5 years' experience at a Leadership Coordinator level, in an Iron Ore shutdown and maintenance environmentValid High-Risk Work License - Advanced ScaffoldingDemonstrated frontline leadership skills and experienceTangible experience planning, scheduling, estimating, and executing mine site shutdowns in relation to ScaffoldingStrong knowledge or safety and safe systems of workFlexibility to travel across various sites to meet in-field expectationsAltrad Services is an equal opportunity company and invite women and applicants with diverse backgrounds to apply, particularly persons of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander decent.Altrad acknowledges Aboriginal people as the first Australians.Please note Only applicants with full work rights in Australia will be consideredRight to live and workYou must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.Report this job advert
