Administration Assistant - Casual Are you an experienced administrator and team player Looking for a casual work arrangement within a busy and vibrant workplace Happy to be flexible - supporting a variety of tasks Keen to help make a difference in people's lives with this outstanding organisation We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and team-minded individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our Training Alliance team. This position will be based in our head office in Allambie Heights. Please note that this is a casual role offering a degree of flexibility, with working days guided by workflow within the team. Training Alliance provides a range of training - short courses, online courses and Nationally Recognised Certificate programs. About the role Supporting our team with various tasks including Data entry of student informationStudent registration supportCustomer enquiriesPrinting and preparation of learning materialsCommunication with facilitators and students re upcoming trainingPreparation of data for reporting purposesOrdering and auditing of suppliesSetting up calendar invitations, room bookings and checking these regularlyPreparing invoice requisitions, purchase orders and internal transfers for approval by Manager.Maintaining a high level of accuracy in working with our student database and data entryProviding general administration assistance to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the teamWhat we can offer you When we say 'people are at the heart of what we do', this includes our team.
