In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our New Home customers, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Mt Waverley. About the Role This role is responsible for effectively managing the administration of customer files, working with industry frameworks and offering exceptional service. You will be working with multiple internal stakeholders, assisting with the delivery of contracted agreements and managing a portfolio of clients. You will be the first point of contact for our new home customers, managing expectations, workflow and constantly problem-solving Pre-Site or On-Site queries. You will be responsible for managing the administrative processes between our internal teams and our customers. About You You build rapport with ease and know how to deliver exceptional service whilst also working within a compliance driven industry. With an eye for detail, practical approach, and proven ability to think on your feet your strengths lie in project management, administration and customer service. You thrive working with pace and volume. You enjoy having ownership of your responsibilities and you love seeing things through to the end. Team culture is important to you and you are an ambassador for your brand, both personal and organisational.
