Our vision, to provide 'Healthcare Without Judgement', is the foundation for the outstanding service we provide across a range of health needs for a unique and vulnerable patient group.The RoleOur facility at the Marngoneet Correctional Centre is looking for a full-time Associate Health Services Manager ANUM equivalent to support our passionate and driven primary care team. Reporting directly to the Health Service Manager the role has the autonomy to support a busy and diverse team as a clinical leader by providing effective oversight of the daily operations of the health centre, and uses clinical expertise to provide guidance, direction and supervision. The shifts would be 5 days a week, with suitable days negotiable, and a requirement to have flexibility to cover shifts outside these hours as required.MCC is situated in the suburb of Lara and therefore offers a great location for candidates currently living in Geelong or the surrounding area. The AHSM is responsible for providing primary health care services and recognised as a clinical leader within the team. You will have oversight of the daily operations of the medical centre and will demonstrate clinical expertise to provide guidance, direction and supervision, to the primary care team at Marngoneet, as well as supporting the Health Service Manager in overall effectiveness and management of the clinical environment. The role would be a mix of clinical and administrative tasks.
