Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75,000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Our IS T Support Analyst will primarily manage the IT needs and support of our local Perth Metronet project and other Perth metro locations. In this role we are seeking a motivated individual with Second or Third Tier experience, who enjoys a hands-on approach to their daily work. You will be a problem solver, who is confident in their IT knowledge to provide regular recommendations for technology and process improvements. Key Responsibilities include Manage the IT needs and support of the Perth Metronet Project and WA sites including Co-ordinate business IT issues as per support team SLA s. Monitor actions assigned to IT support team and escalate priority cases. Support the IT infrastructure and applications for the new project. Manage the testing and deployment of ERP application hardware. Support IS T Local Operations including Support the operational activities WAN, LAN, WiFi, LDRs for IS T Local Operations Lead and Alstom IS T partners. Support priority incidents. Organise troubleshooting between technical teams and business. Manage the IS T on-boarding and de-boarding processes. Support IS T compliance activities. Support asset management process and IS T purchasing process. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed IT documentation and procedures. Communicate and train users on the new Alstom IS T procedures. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required include Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent qualification. Experience in a Second or Third tier IT Support role. Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, servers, networking equipment, tablets smartphones. High level of understanding of ERP business applications. Customer focussed, methodical and can work with changing demands. This role will primarily be based at our new Bellevue facility, with travel to our other Perth city or metro locations when support is required. There will also be opportunity to provide additional support and assistance across the wider Australia NZ business during IT Support team busy periods.
