    Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer looking to expand their team at their brand new manufacturing facility in the west of Sydney.

    About the Role

    As the Warehouse Specialist, you will provide support to the Warehouse and Logistics teams. You will have great attention to detail and be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.

  • Provide support to Logistics Team as a high priority
  • Provide a high level of support to Leading Hands
  • Ensure the integrity of all outgoing goods
  • Properly identifying goods or items and correcting discrepancies related to their quality, nomenclature, identification, or part numbers
  • Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials
  • Organize and ensure records of inventories up to date
  • Monitor and manage inventory control
  • Implement safety procedures and standards in a warehouse
  • Running reports in Oracle
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ensuring that all receipts are processed in a timely manner
  • The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Good communication and organisational abilities
  • Reliable team player
  • 2 years experience with despatch functions
  • Proven experience with stock and stock takes
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
