About the roleAs a Customer Assist Consultant, you will be required to speak with customers in regards to their home loans, personal loans, credit cards and transaction accounts to pro-actively assist them find the right solution to manage their financial situations. You will interact with customers and ask relevant questions to gain the required information with the aim of assisting the customer or referring the customer to seek further financial advice. We are looking for consultants who understand the importance of providing outstanding customer experiences. You will have a strong ability to build rapport and listen to customers to understand their needs to find the right solution whilst providing and maintaining a high level of empathy on every call. Calls will be outbound and inbound and you will have the opportunity to represent one of Australia's leading banks. Start Date Tuesday, 6th April 2021 Melbourne CBD Location, close to public transport Rotating Roster Monday to Friday, 8 00am to 10 00pm and Saturday, 9 00am to 5 00pm Approximately 35 paid hours per week Fixed Term Contracts until 30th of November 2021 Casual Contracts available Fixed Term Pay Rate 21.92 p hr super leave entitlements pro rata Casual Pay Rate 27.40 p hr super 15 days full time paid classroom style training and on the job style training Opportunity to develop a career with a global organisation Employee Assistance program, social club, smart casual attire more Exciting Reward Recognition program All applicants will be required to complete a criminal check, an Australian Securities and Investments Commission check and an Insolvency Check which we will conduct and all offers of employment will be made pending the successful outcome of these checks.
