About the role The successful individual will be responsible for preparing and coordinating Taronga s workforce schedules in Kronos. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure business requirements are met through the provisions of timely and accurate scheduling with the most appropriate skilled and cost-effective resource allocation. Key accountabilities Effectively prepare schedules for publication and communication to the teams in line with Taronga s industrial Awards, ensuring schedules are fair and equitable according to employment status, contracted hours and skills. Centralised point of contact for scheduling including the development and forecasting of operational rosters. Maintain user profiles by assigning pay codes, work rules, shift templates and job transfer sets across both sites. Support the Payroll administrator and Payroll Manager with system interfaces and payroll exports. Run hyperfind queries, schedule and timecard audits to determine any troubleshooting. Validate master data and provide rostering insights via management reports. Action changes administered in Employee Central that impact user profiles in Kronos, including the management of PCS service desk tickets and queries that impact Kronos. Conduct on-boarding and ongoing system training, including any new system releases Development of scheduling principles framework and business processes. About you Essential Requirements We are looking for candidates that have or are able to Scheduling, time and attendance experience within Australia. Demonstrated experience in business analysis, specifically within scheduling, time attendance and or the HRIS field of expertise. Obtain and maintain a current volunteer NSW Working with Children Check at own expense. Other considerations Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions or a similar tool highly desirable Great opportunity for a candidate studying, or qualified in HR, OR wanting to take their administrative skills in a new direction This role engages with multiple stakeholders in Sydney and Dubbo which you will need to collaborate with in order to embed scheduling systems and processes and resolve issues.
