Purpose of the role Created due to growth, this varied role will keep you busy, working within a friendly supportive team. Your responsibilities will include a mix of Customer Service, Invoicing, Data Entry Admin. The role is responsible for producing accurate and timely invoices that capture all charges for the business. You will apply your experience and knowledge and to work to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. About you This role has huge potential for development and growth for the right person. Minimum of 2 years experience in invoicing and administration experience Excellent customer service skills CRM, ServiceMax and SAP experience is desirable Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Enjoys a challenge and variety in daily tasks, has the ability to calmly resolve issues. Proven planning, organising and prioritising skills Ability to actively seek solutions to problems and look for ways to improve process External invoicing experience in the service business or related industry preferred but not essential An ability to efficiently manage your workload to accomplish business outcomes Motivated and highly driven individual with a great sense of humour and personality What's in it for you An extremely competitive salary package will be negotiated to reward experience which will be reviewed annually for the responsibility of this key appointment.
