So where does your new role fit into our team We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our team and work onsite at a well-known international healthcare and electronics company Our ideal candidate thrives on dealing with a multitude of people including clients, contractors, and colleagues. We are seeking someone to bring their positive attitude, excellent phone manner, strong admin skills and natural spark to this position. While based on the Reception desk, your responsibilities include however not limited to Provide customer services to fellow employees and guests to ensure smooth running of front desk and office operations Manage and work with contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery of services on time and under budget Accurately track, manage data and process payment of rental, utility costs and maintenance costs across a large portfolio Remotely support portfolio of assets including dealing with external contactors, landlords and local stakeholder Be proactive in ensuring a clean, tidy and well-presented work environment for all employees Perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office, as well as organizing OH S training. Sound like you This is what were looking for Youll be a front of house whizz with experience working in a corporate environment and bring your strong Customer Service A-Game to JLL. You will be willing to learn, and have a can do attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented well-spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firms procedures and standards.
