You will be working within a collaborative team culture where program, planning and documentation is shared in partnership within your team to develop a child focused educational program for the children in your care.Qualifications experienceDiploma in Children's ServicesCurrent First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificatesMandatory Reporting Training CertificateValid Working With Children's CheckFull Working Rights in AustraliaSound knowledge of the EYLF, code of ethics, planning cycle and documentationGood verbal and written communication skillsPersonable and approachableTasks responsibilitiesYou will have a knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent communication.You will show confidence in implementing and supporting programs through observation, assessment and reflection.
