Position Snapshot Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this autonomous role has accountability for driving the strategic long-term agenda of Uncle Tobys. You will lead accelerated brand performance, deliver renovation innovation projects and work cross functionally and collaboratively to achieve sales growth. including communication development, team leadership and operational delivery. Providing leadership of the marketing function with a team of 3 you will be a key player to accelerate brand performance, deliver significant renovation, innovation, sustainability and communication projects to deliver sales growth. Position Summary Responsible for strategic planning and the development of a long term vision for the brand. Accountable for the development and implementation of Marketing Plans across the portfolio with local development Leadership of communication strategies for local deployment Accountable for functional competency development succession planning of the marketing team Contribute to a high performing culture across the CPW Marketing team. A love for Food and an interest for all things food-related Previous experience as a Marketing Manager The ability to access risk and think differently with the energy to inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders. Cross-functional experience from Category or Sales related roles is highly regarded A proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience A digital champion, with demand generation experience, communication development and digital capabilities in building brands Solid experience in project management and leading projects from concept creation, new product development, launches and innovation leadership Business acumen with proven experience of budget and P L management Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Established in 1990, CPW is a long-standing partnership between Nestlé and General Mills, bringing together the world-class capabilities of both companies.
