About us Winslow Infrastructure is part of the Winslow Group and is a renowned civil construction business specialises in the design and installation new civil infrastructure solutions in Victoria. About the Role The Environmental Coordinator will assist the Project team to identify opportunities within the Winslow business to promote and embrace aspects of sustainable development. Aspects include environmental, economic and social objectives for sustainable construction and diversity. Duties will include but are not limited to Contribute to and distribute Client Sustainability Environmental Monthly reports Review and audits energy, water and fuel use and waste generation Attend meetings to track the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the Project Monitor any exceedances of air quality readings and consult with field staff to identify and mitigate air quality issues. Track Environmental readings, report back to management team and address concerns Liaise with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Design Managers and Site Engineers in collecting data and completing reports in relation to collating and completing the ISCA IS Score Card and IS Material Calculator. Promote and participate in all environmental and sustainability initiatives and reward and recognition programs though contributing ideas and driving a sustainability and environmental culture on site Complete environmental and or sustainability presentations and assist in delivering environmental sustainability workshops to the Winslow employees and subcontractors. Review EMP, Workpacks and Vegetation removal permits for final approval by Environmental Sustainability Manager Site Inspections and assessments Liaise with environmental consultants regarding scope of works and reporting requirements. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management, Environmental Science or related discipline together with 3 years of relevant experience ISCA accreditation ISAP Construction environment management experience Significant experience and exposure to our main client, VicRoads Experience in working with authorities, such as local council Excellent client relationship management Excellent rapport with subcontractors Contract management experience Excellent people management skills Why join Winslow Group Winslow Group take pride in the work we do and care about our people.
