About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and driven Workplace Experience Manager who will be responsible for the overall employee experience when we move into our new head office “The Hub” in Cremorne. The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for the overall employee experience in the Hub, coordinating the elements that influence it and ultimately creating an environment that will enable our employees to be safe, productive and feel like they belong. You will have the opportunity to do the following:

  • Develop and execute a plan to create meaningful experiences for our people. This involves maximising the utilisation of spaces and developing a curated program of displays, communications and engagement activities, which inform and inspire our people.
  • Manage the overall Hub experience including physical layout of the workplace, including the workspaces and resources within it, understanding the part technology plays in creating a positive workplace experience.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve the experience that people have in the space, how they interact with the space, it’s technology and how the space enables people to interact with each other to strengthen our culture.
  • Work with your team and 3rd party providers, such as cleaners, café operator and property managers, to ensure the workplace operates efficiently. Including developing processes and procedures which enable an exceptional level of service
  • Provide management support to Front of House team, to ensure high levels of customer service and workplace standards are being maintained and continually improved upon, leading by example
  • Develop tools to measure user engagement and report back to the People Experience Lead
  • About you

  • You are an energetic and approachable person who uses their interpersonal skills to network and connect with others to gather feedback and identify how the workplace can be improved to meet their needs
  • You have an inquisitive nature to always question how things could be done better, finding ways to make our job easier and improve the service we offer, which overall leads to a better experience.
  • Experience and understanding the part that workplace experience, and services play in a successful and effective work environment
  • Degree in people-related field or relevant field is highly desirable e.g. Organisational Management, Marketing, Hospitality
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community and engagement metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, sentiment etc.)
  • Exceptional communication ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be representing Reece, it’s brand and the experience that we want to create for our people. You are someone who naturally inspires and enables people to collaborate and connect
