Continuing its transformation, the organisation now requires an experienced organisational development specialist to join the business. The HR Manager People and Culture will report to the General Manager and will take direct responsibility for managing the design, development and delivery of diverse, contemporary strategic and organisational development strategies, policies, projects and initiatives for the business to support its highly customer-centric culture. This is a key role within the People and Culture team that will be involved in advising, creating and supporting programs across the company, including performance and recognition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, engagement and change management and in addition will be responsible for designing and facilitating the graduate program. Success in attaining this position will require you to have led an internal OD function, with experience in strategic HR, wellness and organisational design and development. Tertiary qualified, your project management, analytical and consultancy skills will be exemplary, with the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and problem solve with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will have led organisation-wide change programs and be committed to digital solutions, innovation, agility and a customer-centric mentality.
