What to expect as an Assistant Coordinator with us As an Assistant Coordinator with us, you will assist the Coordinator to manage an OSHClub program. You will demonstrate an ability to Mentor and develop a team of Educators, allowing input use of their own interests and passions Develop a fun engaging, child-driven program of activities Ensure your program is compliant with the National Quality Framework standards, as well as in line with the My Time Our Place learning framework Foster outstanding relationships with the children, parents, the school and community Plan resource healthy eating menus Understand and empathise with children demonstrating challenging behaviours and utilise creative strategies to manage this. Our offer to you Permanent employment - 28.75 hours per week 6.30am - 9.00am, and 3.00pm - 6.15pm, Mon - Fri Operations support from engaged Staffing, Compliance, Recruitment, Customer Service and Billing departments based at Head Office. What you need Diploma in Early Childhood, Youth Studies or similar working towards is acceptable A current working with children check The ability to pass a National Police Check.
