The sky is literally the limit for a passionate and professional sales person to make this role their own.Supported by an entrepreneurial management team you will be expected to lead business development through activities such as Development of market, business, and sales opportunities amongst existing clients.Introducing new products solutions to market, along with freshly developed offerings.New client prospecting.Servicing clients by selling solutions problem solving, not just selling products.Occasional attendance at corporate events to promote the company's products and services.In consultation with the Sales Manager in China, establishing and implementing a domestic sales planTo be considered for this role you will need to have Strong experience in industrial and B2B sales offering fan and ventilation solutions, and HVAC or similar Engineering experience is essential for this role.The ability to achieve profitable annual growth in sales within Australia by increasing market share across the ventilation and associated parts supplies section.The ability to help customers to improve the operating conditions and efficiency of their ventilation equipment by pro-actively promoting and sourcing high-quality solutions.Exceptional customer service skills with a practical approach to providing sales solutions.A team-player who works effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomously.Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills.Proficiencies in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.Don't underestimate the huge potential for growth with this role.
