About the Opportunity:
The CSD is responsible for leading a key account and establishing Starcom as an indispensable growth partner to client and meeting their needs today and tomorrow. As a key leader in the agency, the CSD is responsible for contributing to the overall strategic direction and commercial success of the agency.
Lead inter-agency client team (Starcom primary focus & coordinating integrated approach across Performics and HerdMSL), accountable to end to end client business challenges.
Architect and curate solutions from Starcom and Publicis Groupe to deliver client outcomes today and tomorrow.
Enabler and driver of team craft mastery to deliver effective and efficient communications strategy and activation.
Accountable and manage Starcom’s contractual delivery underpinned by focus on growth. Organisational Leader
Lead and be accountable to how team represents our position and values through team output and behaviours.
Syndicate learnings of Group collaboration on the account across agency in the National Head of Power Of One capacity. Growth Driver
