About this role

As a Project Coordinator for this practice you will work closely with the project leaders and wider team. You will work across multiple projects meaning your role will be highly varied including, document control, finance administration, and project support, as well as a myriad of other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and have a forward thinking approach to technology and new process. You will also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage and coordinate team schedules and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document management, including managing the register and document flow, as well as quality control
  • Manage meeting schedules and where required prepare agendas and record minutes
  • Fee management
  • Monitor cashflow
  • Assist with forecasting of resource costs
  • Contract management
  • Liaise and collaborate with clients
  • Ad hoc project support and administration
  • Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of/experience in the architecture or construction industry
  • Excellent Excel skills as well as knowledge of InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work a part of a team as well as independently
  • Methodical and process driven approach to working
