My client in the Not for Profit sector is looking for a full-time experienced Finance Officer to join their Edwardstown based office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the same of similar role and be able to clear a Working With Children or Disability Clearance to commence in this position. NDIS experience within a Disability organisation will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver invoicing activities in a timely manner and in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Create service bookings
  • Process NDIS claims through the NDIS Portal
  • Liaise with Service Coordinators to resolve funding discrepancies and associated compliance work
  • Respond to queries and complaints from plan managers/participants and provide prompt resolution in a customer focused manner
  • Conduct investigation and liaise with various stakeholders to rectify variances for accounts reconciliation
  • Provide technical support and assistance to the teams in different business lines to meet team objectives

  • Working with Children Clearance or Disability Clearance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work and Excel skills
