THE OPPORTUNITY In the role of Digital Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining JCDecaux s digital plant in NSW. This involves remote monitoring and fault diagnosis in the Network Operations Centre as well as conducting works in the field to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance of LED and LCD digital screens. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Monitoring sites for faults through remote monitoring Novaicare software and webcams Monitoring site for faults through field checks Site audits Diagnosing required actions to rectify detected faults Fault rectification through remote systems On site fault rectification of screen and associated hardware Carry out scheduled proactive maintenance of screens Carry out upgrade and replacement of screen parts and control equipment as required Log detected and reported faults in ticketing system Update and close out tickets upon completion of rectification works TO BE SUCCESSFUL You will be someone with demonstrated experience in repairing, maintaining and servicing LED and LCD digital signage, and has 3 years experience in a service technician role. In addition to Familiarity with network hardware infrastructure Network Operations Centre experience Australian Driver's license White Card Working at Heights Ticket Desirable one or more of the following skills or experience would be beneficial Experience with Novaicare RIW EWP ticket WHY WORK FOR US JCDecaux is a forward-thinking company who truly value their staff.
