An excellent opportunity to partner and collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand their objectives, provide advice and document and manage the contractual arrangements to ensures the success of key business initiatives. Essential to this role is a strong understanding of legal and financial frameworks and a rigorous yet adaptable approach to ensuring that both short and long term strategic and financial objectives are met. We are seeking an enthusiastic and inquisitive individual who enjoys discovery and is committed to delivering sustainable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include Understanding Business objectives and offer direction, guidance and support Supporting Business owners to manage and maintain the contract management process to ensure correct and consistent contract interpretation and corporate governance Coordinate the relevant internal assessments, including engaging with Privacy, Risk, Legal Technology to ensuring these requirements are captured as part of any third-party agreement. Support the negotiation of portfolio agreements ensuring that Scentre Group s interests are well represented. Articulating contract requirements, including terms and conditions and scope of work, and the rights and obligations of parties Supporting the Integrated Services leadership team to implement initiatives, delivering a consistent commercial approach. Providing advice to business owners on commercial, financial, risk management, internal policies and related issues for all commercial negotiations, vendor or supplier engagement Identify opportunities to improve the Contract Management process and develop plans to implement these changes across all business units Review SOW proposals and contract change for commercial risk and consistent standards. This includes liaising with, reviewing and approving in conjunction with operational stakeholders on contract change, pricing, SLA's, and other contractual artefacts The successful candidate will possess Extensive experience in a contract management commercial role with experience dealing with legal and financial stakeholders Detailed understanding of contract review, management and legal terminology Tertiary qualifications in business, legal or related discipline with minimum 3 years' experience The ability to turn ideas and negotiated points in to a contractual and documented agreement Strong people management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement Ability to distil complex ideas into a simple framework and communicate to varied audiences Advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail A natural interest across a broad range of subjects with an agile approach Intensity of delivery, tenacity, resilience, with high levels of initiative and personal drive We embrace a flexible approach to working.
