The role Working within a fast-paced centralised office, plus you will have the flexibility to be able to work remotely when required. Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to travel within the community. You will lead, motivate mentor staff members surrounding outstanding service delivery clinical care to clients receiving homecare support. Your team will comprise of registered nurses, case managers coordinators and care works, therefore you will have experience with leading motivating a disciplinary team. Providing guidance surrounding effective care planning in line with client s financial budgets industry guidelines. Being a passionate nurturing leader, you will have the ability to empower your team to achieve outcomes for clients within their own homes, with the ability to quickly effectively solve any concerns that arise. Summary of Duties Provide daily motivation, support direction to field-based team. Build excellent working relationships with external stakeholders Ensure high quality care is delivered to all homecare clients. Ensure effective accurate completion of all client documentations. Provide guidance to staff surrounding client care planning. Provide high level of customer service.
