"The apprentice printer will set up and operate digital, lithographic, flexographic, gravure and letterpress printing presses. Offset lithography is a process of printing from a plate having a flat surface and is the most common form of printing today. Flexographic printing uses a raised surface on a flexible rubber or photopolymer plate".
