If you are an experienced Speechie, but haven't done a Supervisor role before, that's fine, we can train and support you in this role Senior Speech Pathologist Role Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Employment role Flexible role with great work-life balance and flexibility - Work happens in work hours Great pay above award rates with bonus structure on top Paid annual leave, personal leave, 9.5 superannuation You will be providing Speech Pathology services in our beautiful Bondi Junction clinic, mobile services in the Eastern Suburbs and Online Speech Therapy to clients around Australia. You will be supporting our Speech Therapists delivering direct services, working with children who have a wide range of communication, feeding and learning needs, aged 0-18 Role includes Delivering direct Speech Pathology services to clients individual and group therapy directly and through Allied Health Assistant collaboration, and any combination of Supervision of Speech Pathologists on our team, coordinating and delivering training and development, contributing to development of online learning modules for our team, families, and our community around your areas of interest and expertise, QI projects around your interests and passions Huge scope for professional growth and a pathway of career progression to suit the right candidate Opportunity to run Hanen parent groups online, and or Secret Agent Society group programs online Work days are within Monday to Friday not weekends - Role days and hours to be negotiated - flexible pattern of work depending on your needs. Minimum 2 days availability until 6pm needed. You would be involved in developing, delivering, and also accessing your own training and development to support you in this role Loads of admin and Allied Health Assistant support so you can focus on supporting our team, children and families iPad with keyboard provided, including loads of fun and functional apps to use with clients and in your work. Laptops provided within our clinic for use while on site.
