Seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Engagement Manager Apply Now Highly regulated agency Competitive rate3-month contract ASAP start The Role Seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Engagement Manager who will build, lead and manage a high performing team that focusses on delivering an outstanding customer experience within a recruitment function. With either an agency or internal recruitment background, you will be able to hit the ground running and deliver high volume recruitment services that leave candidates feeling valued and respected. The role requires excellent organisational skills, high volume recruitment experience and the ability to anticipate and respond to competing priorities. All candidates must be Australian Citizens and experience working in a similarly regulated environment will be looked on favourably. Responsibilities Sourcing Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results to ensure you are bringing in top talentFull life-cycle recruiting Own the recruiting process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talentPartner with your hiring managers Work closely with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of how each role fits into the organisationLead a team Build, lead and manage a high performing team that focusses on delivery an outstanding customer experiencePromote the organisation Effectively share the organisations story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador.Data-driven You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach. Your Skills Must be an Australian Citizen5 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment role and have a successful track record of hiring top talent.Experience developing and leading a high performing team in a regulated environmentYou value diversity and take pride in building a team that brings together diversity of thoughts, perspectives and expression.Able to anticipate and respond to competing priorities.Able to leverage the culture and mission of the organisation to attract the right candidates.Tact, diplomacy and professionalism are a way of life for you when you deal with various sensitive situations across the role.Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
