Luckily, we've been set up to work from anywhere since day one, and we're working hard to keep our team connected as we continue to support our creative community to thrive.Impact to our community We are searching for a Customer Success Officer for a key customer facing role responsible for providing a high value customer experience to users of Envato's platforms. The main functions of this role include responding to enquiries through a variety of channels with a focus on engaging and productive dialogue, identifying needs quickly and correctly and presenting solutions in a timely manner. Due to the global set up of the Customer Success team, there will be requirements to attend ad hoc meetings outside of standard business hours. As a Customer Success Officer, you will use Envato's support channels to respond to customer matters as requirements come through and from Customer Success Leadership's direction. You will also have the chance to leverage your product systems knowledge, as well as your customer service skills to troubleshoot and resolve enquiries, achieving outcomes in a way that aligns with Envato's values business goals. You will be the voice of Envato's multiple brands, composing positive, personal and customer centric responses. We will be looking for someone to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, taking on board feedback and making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Our Expectations Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal Highly regarded interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of 5 years experience in a support or customer service role or demonstrated customer service skills Reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision and under pressure A sincere desire to help people and to solve their problems Excellent decision making skills with an emphasis on striking the balance between customer and Envato needs. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and tools Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries Experience with and or demonstrate enthusiasm for the Internet and technology including web design Conflict resolution skills and a mature and positive attitude towards difficult situations A familiarity with the Envato network and community Experience using help desk ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc. A basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word Proficiency in multiple languages particularly Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other Asian languages would be an advantage but is not essential Join our global community We're a BCorp certified business we believe in succeeding sustainably.
