What You’ll Do
This role will focus on equipping sales leaders and teams with effective skill development, training, coaching, tools and processes in support of:
Achieving revenue growth targets
Supporting the attainment of key performance metrics with a specific focus on SOTI ONE
Developing and evolve sales skills
Evolving SOTI’s sales enablement capabilities towards industry best practice.
In this role you will:
Execute Global Sales Effectiveness key initiatives in the regionSales Playbooks, Blitz ProgramsSales Managers Handbook
Align with regional leadership to support the successful execution of APAC Strategic Plan and regional priorities
Support regional QBR process
Ensure effective application of Selling & Sales Management processes at all levels focused on maximizing performance potential across the sales organization
Drive adoption through ongoing communication, reinforcement, change management, identification and implementation of best practices
Identify skill gaps, participate in the development and implementation of effective skill development programs
Drive unified continuous improvement of sales methodologies and processes
Partner with leaders at all levels to ensure effective adoption and utilization of deployed initiatives
Ongoing measurement of attainment of identified key performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ex: Business Operations, Marketing, Bus Dev) to ensure the sales channel is aligned and enabled on key organization initiatives
Lead APAC Sales Non-technical Onboarding Program and oversee APAC program execution
Content development and ongoing improvements
SOTI ONE Skill Development & Sales Certification process
Content development as needed
Lead programmatic approach for sellers to acquire knowledge and skills required to become highly effective positioning and selling the SOTI ONE suite
Manage ongoing program rollout and measurement
Experience You’ll Bring
5+ years of previous sales and sales management experience preferred, cross-functional experience (Sales - Direct and Channel, Marketing, Customer Service) would be an asset
Proven track record of delivering results through others and attaining sales goals
Demonstrated change leader; understanding trends for future enterprise needs and steps necessary to lead change in that environment
Demonstrated problem solving ability and critical thinking skills
