We have one of the highest proportion of women partners among major Australian law firms and are the first corporate law firm to source 100 renewable electricity.The People Team at G T With a presence in each of our three offices, our friendly, social and high performing People Team is made up of generalists and specialists, including our HR Managers, our Capability Development team, our Talent Acquisition team where this role sits and HR Support. The role Due to firm growth, this is a newly created position for our team, as a 9 month contract. In this busy, fast-paced role you will have end-to-end ownership of a mixed portfolio of vacancies both legal and business operations across our national business as well as management of our casual paralegal recruitment. More specifically, you will be Building close relationships across the firm to identify, attract and acquire top talent. Providing best practice and innovative strategic sourcing and talent engagement strategies, e.g. talent mapping and talent pipelining. Consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Managing relationships with and closely partnering with our external providers. Participating in, suggesting and leading talent acquisition projects Support and assistance with wider TA initiatives, for example our clerk and graduate program About you First and foremost, you will love all things talent acquisition You will have recruitment experience preferably in-house in professional services or a corporate environment. In addition, you will be have A keen networker who enjoys meeting and getting to know new people. A professional, warm, friendly, authentic and engaging approach. Excellent organisational, time management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills and a keen attention to detail. A commercial mindset with strong influencing and communication skills. Expert skills in sourcing strategies for difficult roles, e.g. LinkedIn headhunting, Seek Premium, Boolean searching etc. Drive, initiative and a sense of urgency.
