The Role Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a talented HR professional in the early stages of their career who is looking to broaden their HR skills across the full HR lifecycle. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop into an HR Advisor role in the future. On a day to day basis, you will Effectively manage HR administration including onboarding, employment variations, offboarding, updating org charts, adhoc reporting as required Take the lead in the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, contract administration, coordinating pre-employment checks, arranging onboarding programs and end of probation reviews Assist with annual processes such as performance reviews, development planning, remuneration reviews, annual reporting tasks, engagement surveys Support various HR initiatives within our FY21 People Strategy Look for opportunities to improve on our existing processes to create a simpler, more efficient process or a better experience for our stakeholders About You Previous experience in an HR support role 2 years as a guide A passion for building relationships, strong communication skills and a collaborative style Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise with great attention to detail High level of professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality A tertiary qualification in HR or working towards is an advantage It's important to us that you're a team player as we are a collaborative, fun team and we all pull together to get things done.
