What we are looking for We are currently searching for an experienced CRM Specialist to join the Bras N Things Online team. The key areas of responsibility within this role are the customer journey and experience, customer data analysis and loyalty program management. Through the specialist use of consumer data and insight and proactive management of the CRM database, this role works across the scope of the Bras N Things brand to deliver a CRM loyalty program that increases customer value, engagement and retention and supports sales and profit targets. The main responsibilities in this role will be, but not limited to Develop and execute a CRM and loyalty plan aligned to business goals through customer insight, segmentation, analytics and purchase behaviour Day to day management of database, personalisation of content, understanding of omnichannel engagement and identification of gaps to ideal omnichannel engagement Continuously review, analyse and share customer insights with the business to drive an increasing ROI on activity Manage audiences for retargeting in advertising, integrations, tools and tracking ROI Management of suppliers Track new technology and provide business cases for improvements Be the owner of customer metrics - lifetime spend, purchase frequency, transaction value, first second multiple purchase behaviour, product purchase pre and post insight To be successful in this role you will have You will have 3-5 years' experience in a CRM Specialist or management role Demonstrated experience in increasing sales company profitability Proven track record in Customer Lifecycle and Automation management as well as driving of customer loyalty programs Experience of driving and growing key customer metrics - lifetime spend, share of wallet, purchase frequency and RFM segmentation The ability to translate data and insights into action Analytics and segmentation to drive increased customer understanding and continuous growth in ROI Experience in growing loyalty membership programs through acquisition and cross upselling Demonstrated experience in implementing and coordinating cross-channel CRM projects You can confidently work with CRM software systems as well as hold proven experience in conducting detailed CRM analysis and compiling of reports Database management to reduce churn and improve engagement You dream a new normal and have a pro-active approach with analytical thinking and problem solving skills to better customer experience You love working with multiple departments and building great relationships Your passion for data and analytics will be critical for this role to ensure initiatives are continually improved and deliver a strong ROI.
