About the role We are looking for an experienced Service Scheduler for a period of 4 months to join our customer focused service division in Mulgrave. You will work with a small, dedicated team, providing drive and administrative support for the delivery of technical and administrative outcomes.In this critical role, you will report to the Scheduling Manager and be liaising with service staff and technical managers to ensure that they deliver service requirements that meet our customers needs. Your key responsibilities will include Schedule service work for technicians across Australia New Zealand Receive and log breakdown calls from customers and escalate to our technical support team Communicate with customers regarding status of service work Monitor, organise, and prioritise workflow Develop and maintain effective communication between all departments Support the Service Team leaders with forecasting and service scheduling Assist with travel arrangements for the service team Assist with creating quotations to attend customer breakdowns Review completed service work and ensure all works are ready for invoicing by the finance team Maintain and keep up to date onsite contacts in the ERP system Liaise with purchasing and logistics team to ensure parts are ordered to complete service work on time By nature, you will demonstrate A positive attitude and the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service. Attention to detail and strong time management skills. Ability to multi-task, be flexible and to work unsupervised. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional manner and telephone skills. Technically, you will have Previous experience as a Scheduler Service Administrator in a broad and busy role. A good geographical understanding of Australia and New Zealand Experience in the delivery of contract administration or service coordination Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Highly skilled in being able to juggle priorities from competing stakeholders. High level of communication skills both oral and written.
