Our Values Respect we create safe places Responsibility we take ownership Growth we create sustainable value Excellence we make it happen Coordinator Roading NE The Coordinator Roading NE coordinates the organisation's regional forest road construction and maintenance programs to enable the business to achieve its commitments to customers while maximising financial returns. The Coordinator Roading prepares plans and coordinates resources internal and external to meet the business regional roading requirements.Selection Criteria Monitor and report on employee and contractor safety compliance in accordance with work health and safety legislation, procedures, contractual arrangements and plans to achieve corporate safety goals Develop project plans, manage, monitor and report on their delivery including timelines, budget, roading program, risk analysis, compliance and resources Coordinate tenders, prepare and manage contracts and manage contractor relationships for road construction, road maintenance, quarry activities and road structures to ensure all compliance obligations are met Provide leadership to direct reports and colleagues, ensure performance issues are addressed, and performance and development plans are implemented Collaborate with contractors project owners and the team to define program deliverables for various phases within the project budget, identify measurable outcomes to evaluate the project on completion Coordinate and implement stakeholder engagement processes according to the organisation s policies, procedures and values to achieve planned activities effectively and manage potential adverse reputational or operational situations Qualifications Diploma in relevant industry qualification or demonstrated experience in a similar position Able to undertake Cert IV in Leadership and Management Able to use computer-based systems to meet reporting requirements and to organise workload and meet timeframes Able to develop working relationships with contractors and customers, meet customer business requirements whilst ensuring that supply and quality specifications are met Contact For a confidential conversation about the role please contact the Forest Operations Manager, John McNamara on 0458 948 089 during business hours by close of business 5th April 2021.
