Full-time, Fixed-term contract 12 months Based in our new offices in the Adelaide CBDPlay a critical role in Technology Transformation projects for SA's largest social services provider Attractive salary packaging options available Who are we looking for Due to continued growth as part of our strategic objectives, particularly in our Technology Transformation portfolio, we are seeking a business focused team player to join our growing Business Improvement team, as we work with our stakeholders to improve their processes through system implementation projects.As part of the Technology Transformation portfolio, you will be responsible for working with the business areas to identify, select, develop, and implement solutions. If you believe you can live and breathe our values, are keen to put your business acumen and stakeholder engagement expertise to use, and are a brilliant team player, we would love to hear from you What can you expect to be doing Drive and support projects, to improve our business processes through business system implementationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyse business processes, pain points and best practises challenge existing practises and derive business requirementsDocument business requirements, manage project scope, and produce project and system documentationLiaise with business stakeholders and system suppliers to shape processes and system configurations to meet the requirements within the project scopePerform testing processes and guide end users through training and testingWhat do you need to bring Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experienceTrack record of using strong business acumen to understand, communicate, sell, and deliver business improvementsPrevious experience with project scoping, planning, testing, and applying project methodologyExperience in the implementation of business systems and processesProven ability to collaborate, prioritise and deliver results both individually and in a team environmentWho is AnglicareSA As SA s largest social services provider, AnglicareSA makes a positive difference to the lives of more than 65,000 people each year.
