The role is ideal for experienced hospitality and customer centric professionals to transition into the property industry or those candidates with an exceptional service ethic. To ensure our clients workspaces are safe for all employees, clients and contractors, we are looking for Workplace Wellbeing Concierge to integrate with our client in their unique work environment. As our team are the first point of contact, we are looking for experienced customer service focused individuals to provide a hotel style level of service. Your dedication to the role ensures that these employees and guests can remain safe, productive and thrive in the work environment. This role s sole purpose will be to administer measures that ensures the safest workplace for all people entering our corporate s offices provide access, control and monitor foreseeable HSW situations. You will - Provide a friendly customer service experience - Be tolerant and accepting of differing point of views - Adhere to government guidelines and company requirements - Manage any conflict in a professional manner at all times - First Aid and PPE training will be provided prior to commencing onsite This role will be on a casual contract with availability to work Monday-Friday and certain sites will require weekend presence. Ideal commencement date is the 28th September 2020. To be successful in this role we will require - Experience working in high end service environments - Experience in engaging with VIP clients and busy career professionals - Strong communication skills with the ability to give confident, clear direction and instructions to the persons being tested - Ability to follow set instructions procedures and make decisions based around these strict procedures. - Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation - Current First Aid certification is preferable but not necessary - Full working rights in Australia
