We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager to join our Sydney based team. Key responsibilities include - Tell our members stories to captivate potential customers and compel them to engage with GoGet. - Create engaging content for all communication platforms including website, newsletter, social media and other marketing materials - Design and implement effective strategies to accelerate member growth and brand awareness and increase retention to deliver commercial outcomes - Develop effective communication strategies that build member loyalty, understanding of the service and customer satisfaction. - Develop a web content strategy that encompasses the goals of the business and aligns with GoGet s image and purpose - Develop engaging and educational onboarding and ongoing member education programmes and maintain member knowledge base - Develop social media campaigns using various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn - Carry out updates of website landing pages, web banners and scheduled promotions - Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs targets budgets - Manage contractors and other suppliers - Manage events, photo shoots and product launches - Support growth in website traffic through effective SEO Required skills and Experience - You are genuinely excited about being part of what GoGet is doing - A desire to understand our members and tell their stories - Marketing or equivalent Degree - At least 2 years marketing or communications experience - A great communicator both written and verbal with the ability to genuinely engage with our members and other stakeholders and give take on feedback - Outstanding attention to detail - Experience with digital and social media platforms primarily Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, email marketing software and Google Analytics. - Challenger thinking, prototyping, and disruptive approach.
