An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced State Manager to join our Team. Based at Fremantle, and responsible for multiple sites on and off the Port of Fremantle, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement, continue to build strong internal and external relationships, as well as delivering the results that allow continued growth within our business.You will lead, motivate and coach your WA team through regular client visits and communication to maximise performance that will allow continued growth. The ideal candidate will have the eagerness to learn and have the desire to maximise their full potential. A strong business acumen will allow you to embrace change and practice continuous and non-stop improvement in a fast paced environment.Your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to - Driving the Region 's performance by partnering with Clients to deliver all company objectives. - Analyses business trends to identify opportunities to drive results. - Creates an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing and inspiring the team to enhance our business performance - Provide leadership to a team of Managers to ensure the effective operation of the WA business - Direct and oversee the planning organising and budgeting of our Transport, 3PL CFS and Repairs Maintenance - Manage the budget and monthly expenditure for our WA business. - Develop implement strategic initiatives to improve business performance - Develop and manage initiatives to improve operational and financial performance of WA business and ensure changes are managed effectively - Manage Customer relationship with key ACFS customers to discuss operational and financial performance as well as develop continuous improvement initiatives and increase business. - Drive growth and expansion by developing new business relationships and opportunities - Ensure business compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, Australian Standards and other statutory or regulatory guidelines at local, state and federal levels, including customer and company policies and procedures.
