If you want to be surrounded by great thinkers, problem solvers, excellent communicators, and analysers who adapt quickly in a fast paced environment, keep reading because your next stop is here As a Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of the assigned projects for the customer in line with the scope of work delivering implementation of WFS Australia products on time, to budget, within specified scope and to customer delight.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementTake responsibility for a number of projects as allocated and manage each appropriately relative to the project size, risk and value. In addition to customer implementation projects the role may involve internal projects and initiatives.Drive the project process including setting and managing expectations, and creating project plans.Work to waterfall or agile methodologies as appropriate.Deliver projects to budget, timescales, and quality.Track and review all resources allocated to the project and oversee influence the timely and accurate completion of tasks.Manage any changes to scope of the project.Identify, report on and mitigate project risks.Identify and manage project issues.Manage the financial forecasting and invoicing of projects in a timely and accurate manner with reference to Company systems and in line with contractual agreement with customers.Promote user and management buy in and overcome resistance to change.Manage communication with WFS Australia engineering and product management teams to ensure effective implementation of product developments.From time-to-time the Project Manager may carry out implementation activities.Communication RelationshipsBuild a strong, open and honest relationship with customers.Manage communication with customers throughout project, including project reviews and user and technical level communication.Clear and timely communication of project status to senior management and colleagues within WFS Australia in the form of meeting reviews and standard reports.Workforce Management domain knowledgeKeeps up to date with WFM trends.Remains current with the growing capabilities of WFS Australia products.Contribution to Professional Services Department and Other FunctionsLead the project teams in a collaborative and professional manner setting an example of excellence and qualityEstablish and develop strong relationships with other departments within WFS Australia.Attend training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further development the scope of the role.Support pre-sales activity to help secure new business and scope costs and implementation timescales.Travel75 business travel will be required both within Australia and internationally.RequirementsCore CompetenciesCommunicationCustomer focusRelationship building for influencePlanning and organisingProblem solvingChange ManagementTechnical and Professional knowledge skillsPresentation whiteboard skillsAbility to work in Australia is compulsoryPerson SpecificationCompatible with the WFS Australia values of Global Collaborative Team WFS Australia operates as part of a successful global team, collaborating with colleagues from all locations and disciplines to support one another and our customers.Market Driven Innovation WFS Australia builds and delivers innovative products based on target market requirements.Integrity Integrity is core in the way WFS Australia team members treat each other internally within our organisation and how we conduct business externally with customers and prospects.Excellence WFS Australia s ambition is to produce the best quality and value for every product and service we provide.Fun and Passionate WFS Australia is a fun and lively place to work where we share our passion for helping our customers improve their business every dayPositive, energetic, motivated, tenacious with high standards of customer service.Organisation, coordination and time management skills.Min 5 years experience at leading complex projects, ideally software implementationAPM, Prince 2 or other recognised project management qualification or equivalent.Strong team skills, able to work with project managers and consultants to achieve successful solutions and customer references.
