Your New Role
Due to growth a newly created role is now open for a Junior or an Intermediate Procurement/Contract Administrator looking to join an organisation that is passionate about making a positive impact in the industry. You will be working closely with the Contracts and Procurement Manager and will be given the opportunity to develop your career in the construction industry.
Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain procurement system and manage compliance and tender documents
  • Attend relevant meetings internally and externally and be the POC for suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist with the compilation and issuing of RFQs for tenders and other documentation relevant to project teams
  • Assist in establishing and implementing strategies to procure projects and capitalise opportunities
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Your Qualifications/experience
    As the ideal candidate, you will have relevant construction experience as a Procurement/Contract Administrator. On top of that you will also have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
  • 1-4 years construction industry experience a must and knowledge of the civil construction market an advantage
  • Procurement experience
  • Have a strong understanding of Australian standards and relevant legislations
  • Knowledge of Jobpac preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
