Responsibilities Include:

  • Technical design and development of system enhancements and ensure stability, reliability, and sustainability are maintained or improved.
  • Analyse systems to provide system support and recommendations for development.
  • Advise on corrective actions required to fix business critical systems (code, databases, reference data, interfaces, security implementation, framework, etc).
  • Ensure effective engagement with stakeholders for the provision of system support.
  • Expert troubleshooting of implementation, environment and deployment issues.
  • Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Natural and Adabas.
  • Solid experience working in the MVS environment using JCL, TSO, SDSF, etc.
  • Experience using RPC technologies such as EntireX.
  • Experience using job scheduling technologies such as Control-M.
  • Desirable Skills:

  • Experience tools such as NaturalONE, Natural Engineer, GitHub, TeamCity, etc.
  • Experience in database development using MS SQL technologies.
  • Experience working in the Linux environment.
  • Experience working in large-scale system migrations.
