The Role We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic employee communications professional to make their mark on our organisation and help support our transformation. Reporting to the General Manager People Culture and supporting the Executive Team, you will develop communications strategy and implement plans to support our people through our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role and you will take the lead in developing communications strategy to drive engagement and promote business and people initiatives. You will be familiar with writing in the voice of the CEO, working with HR on change, helping the organisation understand the journey ahead, and managing writing content for our employees and healthcare providers, and managing our internal communication channels. Initially you will also be responsible for implementing a new SharePoint intranet and contributing to other significant activities as we build our new brand, values and value proposition. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategy and plans to enhance communication and engagement across the business Support the CEO with all communication requirements Manage and deliver regular communications and consistent key messages through a variety of channels including newsletters, intranet content and events Monitor, evaluate and report on the outcomes of communication plans to ensure continual improvement and to help inform for future communications. Identify opportunities to apply new channels, processes and practices that enhance the quality and effectiveness of communications and improve accessibility and effectiveness of information for target audiences. Develop company intranet to provide for dynamic, engaging and current content which reflects the Company culture Work with the executive and business support teams to provide and continually improve communication to our teams Co-ordinate key events and functions relating to internal communications initiatives. Conduct end-to-end project management of agreed internal communications projects. Develop and maintain stakeholders relationships both internally and externally.
