This is a newly created Leadership role under the Global Growth Markets Investment plans by Cognizant’s Executive Committee. This is a Strategic role focusing on Insurance industry portfolio and specified accounts with a view of increasing Cognizant’s mindshare and wallet share.
Being in the Leadership position, as a Client Partner, you will be accountable for business growth of Insurance portfolio within the designated accounts.
You will focus on building and further leveraging long lasting relationships with the C suite and other key stakeholders at the Client organization to understand the business and technology challenges presented by the “new normal world” to them.
Your ability to strategize and create a blue print roadmap for the customer to embark upon the digital transformation journey must be aligned with Cognizant’s purpose of creating & delivering value for everyone involved.
Your commercial acumen will help you in business planning, revenue growth and structuring complex deals.
As the face of Cognizant, you will represent the Business at Industry forums/conferences/speaker/panel sessions and other events including writing white paper articles, thought leadership material.
Your prior experience of working in a global organization, multi-cultural, diverse, geographically distributed teams, will make you successful in driving this role.
Seasoned business development professional with trail blazing track record in acquiring new businesses.
Thorough domain knowledge with awareness / expertise in latest digital innovations in the industry / domain.
Strong connects with CEO and CxO in the Insurance segment, preferably General Insurance.
Possess an interest and passion towards engaging senior level executives in transformation solutions through consultative approach.
Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course
Proven track record of winning large deals & winning new logos
Strong negotiation skills & ability to make deals happen
Willingness to travel extensively within the market
Must be able to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams. Should be a team person and able to lead different teams to a common goal
