This will be a diverse and rewarding role within the Property and Finance sector, our company is situated in Norwest business park within a fast paced and growing organisation that has an established culture of proactive and positive people who are valued and excited to come to work every day. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Mortgage Broker in the Property Finance Department to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking a bright and skilled person to assist with a range of tasks including, but not limited to On-boarding new clients into the CRM data system Infusionsoft with speed and accuracy data entry Preparing property blueprints for sales presentations preparation of boardrooms for client meetings and presentations Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and systems Allocation of leads to consultants. Receiving initial loan information and documentation from Mortgage Broker Preparing a home loan application through a software system up to the point where it is ready for submission Communicating with clients via email templates will be provided Communicating with the Finance Manager if additional information is needed or problems arise via email, phone, and video conference Managing the loan application from approval through to settlement Data entry Complete pricing requests for clients by contacting arranging with lenders Ordering up front valuations Touching base with existing clients by email on anniversaries of loans i.e. 12 months making sure everything is going ok after 24 months book in to conduct review Create marketing emails content supplied by broker to send to client base periodically. Construction loan management General Administrative support to Management and Directors Must be available for some Saturday work with time in Lieu Our ideal person possesses experience working within loans processing and administration and would thrive working in a fast-paced office environment. They have a responsible approach to work and life who intends to demonstrate the best of their potential as we seek employees who wish to grow with us Some essential qualities to be successful in this role 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or similar role Experience with mortgage loan programs AFG Flex preferrable Proficient in MS Suite, specifically Excel, Powerpoint Publisher Great communication skills Great sales and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skill Time management skills Attention to detail Opportunities like this do not come along often EPGA, EFGA and its affiliated group are seeking the perfect fit for this brand-new position.
