Are you a charismatic and hungry Sales professional looking for a new challenge in a face-paced and exciting industry?

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Microsoft practice to be based in our Melbourne offices

You will be part of a high-performing team whose goal is to aid our clients on their digital journey and drive revenue through new business.

This role will see you lead the planning and execution process of selling, qualifying, and closing medium sized and large opportunities across a range of our services, including but not limited to D365, CE, PowerApps, PowerBI, Business Process, Technology, Systems Integration, Change Management etc to our clients.

About you
To be successful in this position you will possess the following attributes:

  • Motivated and proactive professional with previous experience in end-to-end sales within IT, including an minimum of 7 -10 years face to face selling experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet or exceed annual financial goals
  • A strong customer-centric approach
  • Skills in managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales), forecasting precisely and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome
  • A proven background in information technology and business solutions
  • You will be an organised, confident and a self-sufficient operator who easily builds relationships with key decision makers, with the ability to map solutions and offerings to client challenges.
