Reporting to the National Manager your primary responsibility will be for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable from tenants in line with Colliers financial policies and procedures. You will also ensure the Accounts Receivable team delivers a high quality and efficient service to internal and external customers in relation to invoicing and servicing enquiries. The core responsibilities of the role include - Completing monthly suspense reconciliations and ensure unallocated receipts are reviewed and actioned monthly - Acting as a point of escalation for complex or challenging queries and reconciliations - Working effectively as a team to ensure compliance with Accounts Receivable policies and procedures - Assisting REM National Manager with Ad Hoc tasks including Management Fees and Debtors - Ensuring control outlines within Sarbanes Oxley Legislation are understood and executed Qualifications In order to succeed in this position, you will possess - Previous experience in an accounts receivable environment - The ability to manage competing priorities - Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines - Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - Previous experience using and knowledge of MRI software would be highly regarded Working in a fast-paced team this represents an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment through joining an enterprising company renowned for its approach to client service.
