What does the job look like The role of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to perform the quality assurance and compliance function to ensure business objectives are being met for Government operations. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be required to provide document quality control and administration support and undertake assurance reviews to determine compliance with Government policies, procedures and work instructions and report on findings. Are you the one You can demonstrate Perform document control tasks for Government Business Process Management System BPMS documents including quality assurance reviews, version control, desktop publishing, records management and support requests for Government BPMS documents and Government site-specific documents. Coordinate document reviews for Government BPMS documentation internally and with the customer. Edit and draft new documents for Government operations. Oversee and recommend improvements in maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Conduct internal audits and support internal external third party audits. Create audit plans and audit reports for scheduled audits. Education, Qualifications, Tickets, Licences Successful completion of VCE or equivalent state or territory education Tertiary qualification in project leadership management or related discipline Internal Auditing certifications Minimum five years experience in a document control, quality assurance and compliance role Are you the one You can demonstrate Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems requirements Experience using advanced Microsoft Office Word and Excel functionality developing templates, using styles and document formatting Experience using SharePoint Graphic design experience using Microsoft Visio desirable Experience and or understanding of compliance frameworks and internal auditing Ability to plan, prioritise, review and monitor quality systems and business improvement priorities in a constantly changing environment Previous exposure interest in process excellence Lean methodology and tools desirable Sound like you Please click the apply button to submit your application and resume.
