As the Payroll Manager, you’ll play an important role in leading and owning the Payroll function from end-end. You’ll guide and mentor a highly skilled and engaged Payroll team of 2 and will lead best practice in Payroll. You will also be heavily involved in the implementation of a new insourced Payroll system.
Responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will have proven experience leading a payroll team in a complex payroll environment. You will be a self-starter with a passion for process excellence. You will have technical capabilities across report writing, pay-code setup & understanding of payment tables and workflows in Tier 1 & 2 systems.
